When Elasticsearch is unavailable, WPXFacets may fall back to WordPress database queries. Performance, ordering, facet counts, and result accuracy may differ during fallback operation.
Customers remain responsible for monitoring synchronization status and verifying that the search and filtering experience on their website meets their operational requirements.

The website, plugin update service, account dashboard, documentation, and managed infrastructure may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
